As part of its development, the Renaissance Hotel in Castres is looking for a versatile receptionist.
Our hotel is a family-sized.
The proposed contract is a fixed-term 6 months immediate vacancy leading to a permanent position Full-time permanent contract.
You will be part of a team
- ensure customer follow-up throughout their stay (check-in, inquiries, check-out...) and ensure that the customer experience is optimal.
- Take the telephone reservations
- Participate in administrative tasks (breakdowns, invoice management, inventory management, etc.)
- Participate in the drafting of sales proposals
- Take charge of / participate in breakfast, bar, room service
- Insure maintenance of common areas (Receptions / trade shows, ...)
We are looking for an associate dynamics, reliablewith a sense of relational who knows how to be listening to customers and respect procedures of the hotel.
Hotel or restaurant experience would be a plus, but the above criteria will take priority.
