The cleaning service is carried out daily between 8 a.m. and 11:30 a.m..
If the room is not vacated by 11 a.m. or if you display the "Do not disturb" signThe recouche of your room will not be done.
You decide
Only towels left in the bath (or shower) will be changed.
If you would like us to change your sheets, please leave the card on the bed.

From Monday to Fridayi, the Hotel offers you a laundry servicee with the following rates:
- Shirts: €8
- Pants: €10
- Costumes: €20
- Dresses: €11
For all other services, please ask the hotel concierge.
For guarantee the return of your clothes During the day, please drop off your laundry at reception before 8am.
The invoice for the service will be included in your bill.
If you would like to wash your own clothes, the "LAVERIE EXPRESS" self-service laundromat is open 7 days a week and is located at the following address 43 rue Fuzies.

We offer a valet parking service that picks up vehicles at the foot of the hotel (€18 per vehicle per night).

Reception open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Access possible via digicode or intercom outside reception opening hours.

The Renaissance hotel is a 15-minute drive from Castres-Mazamet airport, and a 15-minute walk from the SNCF train and bus stations. A shuttle service is available on reservation.
