Rates and payments
We offer two types of rates:
- Non-cancellable and non-refundable : Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Flexible : Payment is made at the time of check-in. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time. After this time, the entire stay will be charged.
Customer Reviews
Reviews are sorted by chronological order and are not subject no consideration.
We publish all notices in a maximum 48 hours no expiration date.
There is no formal control procedure.

No-smoking policy
It is strictly prohibited from smoking in the rooms of our establishment. Any breach of this rule will result in a additional billing up to 400 € to cover the cost of cleaning and restoring the room.
